I was on time as requested, asked the volunteers at the front desk where the location to my appointment was located. They answered quickly and precisely with a positive attitude. Checking in at the appointment desk went splendidly. Met with the nurse earlier then my appointment time. Met with the Doctor on time. I have zero complaints with this facility. Patients seem positive staff is positive. Just as healthcare providers act. Thank you for a great free experience. -

(October 11, 2019, 9:55 pm)I understand not everyone has a good experience at the VA but upon me being admitted for a kidney infection then sepsis on top, I did receive great care. I ended up being there for four days. I’m nobody with no family, and I truly thought I was going to die. The nurses and staff were awesome. I give a 4 not to reflect upon how I was treated, that was a 5. I gave a 4 as the doctors were very cold with little to no bedside manner-most the nurses made up for that. I did have one nurse who didn’t come in my room all day who clearly avoided her job. I hate to say that most did not wash their hands when they came in and felt my stomach or listened to my heart. They used Purell. Charge nurse Joe was the absolute best ever, and I can’t thank him and his staff enough.
