After a year of fighting with other physicians and surgeons about whether or not my gallbladder needed to be taken out, Dr. Rovito didn't write me off and did my surgery. I had a rare condition and he knew what my problem was in minutes of talking to me. The surgery went perfectly and my gallbladder was in really bad shape. If not for him, I would have been stuck living with a bad gallbladder for who knows how long. Towards the end of it, I was in pain every time I ate, had developed horrible GERD and IBS symptoms and overall felt ignored by other physicians because the tests weren't showing anything wrong. Only my HIDA scan gave any indication that there was an issue, but it was the opposite problem of what most people have, so every other physician was missing it. Very grateful to this surgeon. Definitely recommend him!
Dr. Rovito is an outstanding surgeon. From my first appointment, to the day of my surgery, to my now Post-Op appointments, I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. I will recommend Dr. Rovito to anyone who needs a surgeon, especially if is bariatric surgery.
He is so kind, caring, well-knowledge and even makes me giggle often which made things so much easier with the thought of weight loss surgery. I can't thank him enough for being my surgeon.
Dr. Rovito is THE ABSOLUTE BEST DR. AND SURGEON I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I had 3 Csections and my lat csection was 8 years ago, I had been dealing with excruciating pain ever since. I was referred to Dr. Rovito initially for a hernia. However he found I had endometrioma of the c section scars. He surgically removed it a week after my first visit with him, it was a one day procedure I of course was scared as would anyone be with any type of surgery but I can truly say I dont regret having the procedure done. It is now two weeks later and I feel way better than I have over the past 8 years of suffering Ive gone through and being misdiagnosed. So I personally would like to Thank Dr. Rovito and His Wonderful Staff...He is by Far The Absolute Greatest Dr./Surgeon In the Whole Lehighvalley Area...❤????????????????
Dr. Rovito is great! He TALKS to his patients and cares - really cares about what is going on. He is funny, smart, and doesn't beat around the bush. He won't tell you what you want to hear, but will take the time to make sure you understand what is going on. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Peter Rovito.
