  Ross and Garrett are the best trainers I have ever had. They continuously help me learn and maintain the proper posture and form. The facility is clean, spacious, inviting, and has enough equipment to accommodate all members. I value the friendliness and support offered by other members and the trainers. I am new to CrossFit, but I find the workouts challenging - not impossible. Warm ups are on point and targeted for the workout. I would highly suggest CrossFit Threefold to family and friends.

  A hidden gem of the valley, great exercise place, friendly courteous staff, flexible membership deals, great class schedules for young kids....

  Ross and Scott the owners/coaches are awesome! If your looking for a place to drop in or making this a daily routine, you will not be disappointed here. I always got bored at conventional gyms so this works great for me. Constantly varied workouts with great instruction and motivation are key to success.

  Great coaches who really do care about their athletes. It's not about putting a big number in the board. It's about good form and doing each movement correctly.

  Great space. Great group of members. Scott and Ross are extremely patient and dedicated. Highly recommended.
