  Hands down, best place ever!! I came to Vitality as a patient for Lyme Disease, fatigue, headaches, pain, anxiety, you name it - I had it. Dr. Darin gave me his full attention on the very first visit after seeing multiple doctors and experiencing several hospital visits. After almost 6 years, I have never looked back. I now live in wellness versus illness and my quality of life is extraordinary. It’s been incredible to witness amazing transformations in other practice members, family and friends as well. This is the healing environment you want to immerse yourself in!

  I started my Vitality Natural Healthcare Center - Lehigh Valley, PA journey a year ago today. On a whim I went to one of Dr. Darin's reorganizational healing workshops not realizing what I was about to get into.
  
  I was interested in the workshop because they offered a new way to heal. I was depressed, overweight, stressed, suffered from tons of allergies, daily pain due to a herniated disc, poor circulation, numbness in extremities due to work patterns, congestion and on a daily emotional roller coaster and just searching for a way to deal with it all.
  
  Traditional doctors seemed to stare at their computers and just check off their lists of what they needed to ask and would send me on my way with a prescription and wish me well while running out the door and I was on my own.
  
  Vitality literally embraces you from day one and they don’t let go. Dr. Darin listens to what is going on in your life and works with you to figure out what you need to tweak to make changes.
  
  A year later I am much more relaxed, I deal with stress much better, I have lost weight, I have my depression under control, my airways have opened up completely (I am no longer a mouth breather). In general I am more aware of what my body needs on a daily basis.
  
  Everyone at Vitality is extremely loving, supportive and ready to giggle with you. They also offer several other holistic services that are amazing ~ massage, reiki, yoga, herbal supplements… and so much more.
  
  My next next step is to try reiki!! (I hear it is amazing)
  
  To sum up my thoughts… I highly recommend The Vitality Natural Healthcare Center not just wholeheartedly but whole bodily ????

  I am a patient of Dr Darin Mazepa for about a year and half now. Through continuous care I am much less depressed, able to push myself physically, mentally and recover faster from stress. I enjoy taking many classes and workshops there which include meditation with Laura, Yoga with Jen and Breakthough Workshops. Alicia the office manager and Joan are helpful and accomodating. The team approach is spot on!

  I began going to Vitality in May of this year. I was diagnosed with lyme and coinfections and was a mess. Darin is helping to change the way I think about "what happened" to me and is helping to keep my spine and tension in my back at ease. Everytime I leave there I feel awesome. I recently tried Reiki with Laura there and my mind was blown away. This place works on you as a whole person (mind, body, and spirit) and many of us lack that. I'm so grateful to have this place. The Vitality team is amazing.

  Both my children have been going to Dr Darin. I could not be happier!! Dr Darin and his staff have been wonderful with them. I saw results almost IMMEDIATELY! I would absolutely recommend Vitality for all your holistic healthcare needs.
