Mark was patient and calming. He even secured a repair on a blown out light bulb for me. Great experience overall. Would recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy a car at this dealership. This is my second great experience here. Managers too go out of their way to make you happy. Justin in the finance/closing department makes the end of sale easy.
