  We have bought 3 cars from Scott Broda, a wonderful salesman who is patient and had a great sense of humor! When I bought my last car there, I really felt like they wanted me to have an optimal experience and went out of their way to make it so. Thank you to Ciocca and Scott who provide exceptional service and are very helpful, even after the car is bought!

  I was so impressed with Ciocca Subaru and my salesman Donnie. The total experience was stress-free and actually pleasant. I would recommend Ciocca Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you Ciocca for getting me into a safer vehicle.

  Today while driving to the Poconos from the Philadelphia area I noticed a burnt rubber smell. I was hopeful that it was the car in front of me, but when we stopped for lunch, the smell was even worse when we got back to the car. I saw that Ciocca was just under 2 miles away and decided that since we were driving at least another hour on the Turnpike, it was better to have it checked out.
  
  We showed up without an appointment and they had me pull the car right in. They took a look at it and told me that they couldn't see any leaks or obvious issues. They pointed out that I did have leaves clogging my air intake, cleared them out, and sent me on my way. I have no idea what caused the rubber smell, but it was gone after they took a peak. I know that right after a holiday, they were probably slammed with appointments, but the fact they they immediately took a look at my car and reassured me was awesome.
  
  The gentleman who helped me even gave me a card with his extension on it in case we ran into any problems after we left. I left it in the car, but I'll update this with his name when I grab it. It's hard to find great customer service these days, but Subaru hits it out of the park every time. I don't live in the Allentown area, but if I did, Ciocca Subaru would definitely get my business!

  We recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Ciocca Subaru. We enjoyed the experience because we were able to purchase a car without a lot of pressure from the sales representative (Morgan). She took the time to explain all the options and take us for a test ride. The financial representative was also very helpful. We love our Forester!

  I was driving a beat up ‘03 Saturn and was not satisfied with its performance. I recently gained my daughter into my life so I was looking for a safe and reliable car. First thing that popped into my head was Subaru. I got into my car and headed over to Ciocca Subaru in Allentown and was greeted with a warm welcome. I told them about my current situation and about being new to building credit and such. Alyssa, the sales associate, was fantastic. She listened to my situation and assured me she would do everything she could to get me approved and have me walk out of there in a car I would be satisfied with. I found myself a couple hours later being an owner of a ‘16 Subaru Impreza. I was more than satisfied and can’t thank the Subaru team enough for all the hard work they put in for me getting a safe reliable efficient car that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend going to Ciocca Subaru in Allentown. Hopefully you’ll go there a day that Alyssa is working. She is incredible!
