(August 15, 2018, 8:42 am)This is a lawyer who actually cares about his clients. He’s not just about the money. Always made himself available to give advice and really puts things in perspective. Totally has the ability to see people for what they are which was important for me in my divorce. From day one he respected my request to not have the divorce become ugly, and when it became ugly anyway, helped me handle the situation in the best way possible. Honestly made me feel like I was his only client when I outreached and always got quick responses. In dealing with other lawyers I see a huge difference. I would recommend him to any friend going through a divorce. There are other lawyers out there who will drag your divorce out just to make money, not caring if your family and children are put through hell in the process...he is not one of them.

I especially appreciated that he explained all the available options to me in much detail. He was honest with me and had my best interest in mind instead of talking me into filing right away and paying the fee. I would definitely use Mr. Lighthner in the future and refer all my friends and family to his firm. Great experience!

He had thrown me out of the house I purchased and I was beside myself. From the moment I met Tom, I felt a comfort and kinship I just can't explain. Tom assured me that things would work out for me, and they did. Throughout the very long 15 month process, Tom remained confidant and professional even when I was at the end of my rope. He knew we had truth and law on our side. He kept me grounded. His office manager/paralegal Andrea was amazing to deal with. She is extremely knowledgeable and has an incredible knack for calming you down when you are anxious. Without this dynamic team, I don't know if things would have turned out as they did. I am thankful I met them!
