  The best gym around! The instructors are awesome and every workout is different. You will love it so much that you will want to go everyday. It’s definitely a must try!

  I'll admit I was a bit skeptical of this place when I entered the front door. However, when I left that same door an hour later I was hooked. Great people, great instructors and by far the best workout I've had in years.
  
  The instructors do an amazing job of designing a new routine each and every day and it never gets boring! That is huge for me. The workouts they design can challenge everyone at any level of fitness. So, if you think you're too out of shape to give it a shot, or in really good shape and think you won't benefit from it, don't! Either way, I promise you won't be disappointed!

  This gym has been a life saver! At one of the most stressful times in my life, my daughter asked if I might like to come with her to try Soldierfit. Thank God she did! I have loved every moment here. Hard work, yes, but well worth the benefits you gain! Being over 49, okay maybe over 55 this year I was concerned about my ability to do everything, but there are always accommodations if you need them for an exercise. There are fantastic trainers and what a wonderful family of people I work out with at Soldierfit! I miss the days I can't go! I am there 5 days a week and definitely see and feel the results! Every day is different and that is what makes the hour fly by!!! Come check it out!

  I LOVE the group sweat and challenge. Everyone pulls together and makes you want to push harder and show up for yourself. Highly recommend the Thursday night Spartan class if you are looking to do a Spartan race. Arrrooooo!

  Encouraging and welcoming environment. Challenging yet adaptable to all levels. Participating in this program not only strengthens the body but the mind as well. We are so lucky to have a Soldierfit in our area!
