I’ve never experience such great service at any Auto related business before Duncan. The staff was kind, understanding, very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The man who did our estimate didn’t think we should drive our car because the airbag light was on after our rear end collision. He felt that it wasn’t safe. They got us a rental car and made us feel comfortable despite our situation. I really appreciate everything everyone at Duncan did for us that day and will recommend them to everyone. We had our estimate for our car the very next day, even though we took our car there as walk ins. Thank you again for great service and a wonderful experience in such a difficult time.”

“Dr. O'Connor is not only a great medical doctor, he is also one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I've ever met. He took care of my mother the last 6 years when her multiple physical conditions were exacerbated by vascular dementia. He listens, answers questions, carefully reviews all possibilities, and has a gentle demeanor. He also greatly helped us family members by taking calls, even after hours, advising how to handle the situation at home, or if she needed medication or further medical care. We were comforted in knowing as her health continued to deteriorate, she had the best care possible. These last few months especially, we called the office often with questions and concerns and fears, and the staff was very good too. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.”
