I got the type that is compatible with an app on my phone for I feel it is easier to go up or down with the volume that way rather than using the toggle switch although I could do it either way. I find Chris to be a great person who gives you the hearing test and explains everything to you about your hearing as well as your options. He is very honest, patient, friendly, and caring. He spends quality time with you and doesn’t rush with your appointments. You get a trial period of using the hearing aids and don’t pay for them until the trial time is up. The receptionist, Alice, is so friendly and welcoming. Chris gives you many follow up visits if you have questions. This office is top notch and I would recommend it to anyone who needs hearing aids.

The hearing aids are top of the line. Both Nick & Chris are very professional & the office staff Is exceptionally helpful. On the rare occasion I encountered a problem, I was seen the same day and the problem was resolved. I have recommended Michels to all my friends.

(September 25, 2018, 10:14 am)My wife and I were perfectly fitted for our hearing aids and have enjoyed them immensely for about a year. Just went through an in office "cleaning" and check up. Excellent and expert attention is given to us each time we visit or call with a question. Keep up the great work.
