I didn't like how the drivers were NOT helpful at all and couldn't suggest anything better when my interior design staff were confused on the setup. Despite ordering shelving in different footage lengths, there should be directions to this or at least a diagram to refer to. There wasn't anything! I am still giving them 5 STARS because of the customer service!!! One call, you immediately speak to a Uline customer service rep. Unreal. They're patient, extremely knowledgeable and work with you to resolve the issue(s) or questions. Great service and pretty good pricing too!
