    I've taken my bike to their service department several times over the years. At one point I needed to have my carburetor rebuilt but they didn't have anyone qualified to work on a Triumph. Instead of billing me for the extra hours they would have needed to figure it out they recommended that I take it to a dealership where it could get taken care of for less. I really appreciated their honesty and will continue to bring my back back for routine tune ups and maintenance.
