(January 3, 2019, 3:34 pm)On 12/08/18 we had an Epic Tours bus booked to NYC from Wilkes-Barre. We were actually met early, by a female driver, Maggie. Maggie had the most wonderful personality and was courteous to all passengers. The bus was clean & we left right on time. I can’t say enough about this driver. She knew the routes, when traffic would be heavy, and drove with great regard, thus making the entire bus feel safe. She furnished her cell phone and her concern was true. In a day & age when people complain about everything, I just wanted to let you know, this girl is a true asset to your company. The entire bus loved her. We have dealt with many bus companies in the past, as we run trips several times a year. We will now book Epic Tours from now on. You guys run an amazing company with great pricing and awesome drivers. Keep up the great work & and send our love & thanks to an amazing person & bus driver, Maggie !!

My name is Dana Gregory and I was the administrator for our trip to Lancaster, PA. I just wanted to take a moment and comment on our bus and our driver, Mr. Kyle Bates. The bus was very comfortable and everyone enjoyed the ride to and from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This was mainly due to having an excellent and conscientious bus driver in the person of Mr Bates. I cannot emphasis enough how he took "excellent" care of his passengers. I know that as we plan future bus excursions we will definitely consider Epic Tours!. Thank you for help making our trip a real success. -

Chris and the other drivers are professional and courteous and get us to our destinations with no issues. The buses are clean and comfortable... love the USB ports for charging phones!

(July 26, 2018, 11:07 pm)We used Epic Tours for a Cub Scout trip to Washington D.C. visiting The White House. The White House does not give the tour time until about a week before the scheduled trip. Epic Tours was very accommodating with being flexible to our needs. We ended up with a 7:30am White House tour requiring the group to depart by 4:00 am! The two buses and drivers were perfectly on schedule and the communication was awesome while we explored the city after the tour. Drivers were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend Epic Tours!
