  After my bike fitting, the pain in my back and shoulders disappeared. Becky is so knowledgeable and knows how to fit you to your bike. They carry a variety of bikes and can advise which one will best serves your needs whether you’re a racer, tour rider, or the occasional rider.

  I was ready to give up cycling (after 30 years in the saddle) due to a Morton’s Neuroma in my left foot that caused debilitating pain. The pain had been getting really bad the past few years; I couldn’t even stand during spin classes any longer. I had tried a number of things....orthodics, neuroma pads, adjusting the cleat position....all without any results. I decided to try and get a bike fit done. After some research on the internet, I found the Velo Shop and Becky Quinn. She is truly a miracle worker! After a custom fitting of my bike and shoes my first ride was PAIN FREE! I’ve been riding every day since then and so far everything is great! She is extremely skilled in fitting and explains why she is making the measurements she makes and how adjustments will affect alignment. If you are experiencing any pain in the saddle, you should definitely see her!

  A great shop! It's rare to see such a combination of knowledge, integrity, and focus on service. A friend recommended Becky Quinn's bike fitting process, which she did with great care and precision. Becky found my left leg to be significantly out of position, which she was able to correct, possibly preventing future injury. During the process, she answered all of my questions thoughtfully, sharing her extensive experience.
  
  While there, I also had my bike serviced. I requested, and would have gladly paid for, a complete tune-up. But Al, their very experienced mechanic, told me that all I needed was a derailleur adjustment, and charged me only for that.
  
  A completely satisfying and pleasant customer experience!

  Becky did an outstanding job in fitting me on my triathlon bike. I could immediately tell a huge difference in both comfort and power on the bike. I would definitely recommend her for fittings.
