  I had a great experience here. I usually shop at another men's store, similar to Jos. A. Bank, however I have to say that my shopping experience here has made me a customer! The sales clerk was extremely helpful. She had a great eye for color and matching suits, shirts and ties. The alterations were done within the promised time frame and they were done perfectly.

  Went here to purchase a suit for my friends wedding. The process was simple and easy. the staff were very knowledgeable and helped me fit perfectly into my suit.

  I had quite the opposite experience after reading the reviews. I spoke with 4 separate representatives and they all were very willing to help as much as possible. Maybe they changed staff, because the employees I met are friendly.

  I don't know if some of the terrible reviews for this location have to do with former employees or maybe I was lucky with the service I received, but I can honestly say that Brian on the floor and the seamstress who hemmed my new pants (I never got her name) were both incredibly helpful, hospitable and accommodating. I was in a quite a jam because I failed to plan properly for a rehearsal dinner the same night that I visited the store. The employees at this location immediately sprang into action finding a pair of slacks that matched my suit jacket (not an easy task as the original suit was not purchased at Jos A Bank) and then having them hemmed for me within one hour so I could make it to the rehearsal dinner. I can say that without their help I would have embarrassed myself at an important event and am very grateful for their service and the speed at which it was provided!
