One of your better mobile home parks in the area
Bought my home here and I'm so pleased with the neighborhood. Karen and Debbie are the most helpful sweethearts in the office.
Live here for a few months so far, no complaints & it's so quiet.
My daughters each have a home there. The place is kept nice & they expect the homeowners to keep their spots looking good. The rent is reasonable but they are slow at snow removal.
Nice mobile home park. I wish they would have better up keep with the basketball courts. Also, the hours the office people say they will be there does not mean they will be there. And they don't plow that well in the winter. The one big plus is that cable is included in the rent, along with water/sewage. And for that they get 4/5 stars.
