When I brought my vehicle into the shop the mechanic diagnosed the problem, was very knowledgeable and seemed confident he could fix the problem. It was a bigger job so we set up another appointment to have the work done. Once he had my replacement parts he showed me the new parts and my old parts. He fixed it and I haven't had an issue with it since. But the thing that made a huge impression on me was that he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and physically showed me the problem.
