“I'm not sure what Mitchell Douglas is talking about. I've been a client of Dave's for 2 years, 4 months and I intend on staying a client for many years to come. And, I have seen the same people over and over the whole time I've been there. This is the longest I've EVER stayed at a gym and it's all because of Dave. I have enjoyed working with Dave tremendously and consider him a good friend. I am amazed daily at how strong I am now, compared to before I started, and at how great I look. When I toured the gym with Dave back in 2016 I said I wanted to lose 20 pounds. He asked, "do you want to lose weight or do you want to look good?" I wanted to look good. And, boy howdy, do I! And, I'm still the same weight. It's just that now it's muscle weight and not fat. Aside from the training, the gym is unique and well equipped. You're not going to find Fat Bells, or body tempering, or a strongman room at any other gym in the area. Not to mention the help and advice with diet and nutrition he provides his training clients. I would, have and will continue to recommend Universal Athletics and Dave to my friend's and family.”
