“This is the best gym I have ever signed up for! I signed up back in May, and Tyler made it very easy and quick. Then after 3 months of not seeing results I wanted to I decided to sign up for their personal training program back in August. I went through their evaluation and then was paired up with Hunter. At first I was a bit skeptical and didn’t know what to expect. But three months later here I am saying they know what they are doing! I am seeing changes and muscle growth I always had trouble getting on my own, like my shoulders and chest. Before I struggle to bench 195 for one rep, and recently I hit 210 for 4 and it was rather easy! Hunter really knows what he is talking about and I like how he sets up the workouts to piggy back off of the muscle we just finished using while targeting another to get the most of the workout. The rest of the guys (Marius, Ryan, Diego) are all very helpful as well when ever I ask them for help on something or tips/knowledge they are always there to help. They really want you to do well always asking what’s going good and what I need to work on and always offer ways to help me along! Overall I am completely happy with the overall experience from them!”
