“The service was excellent. I had a Heat Pump and Air Handler replaced. They requested to come the afternoon before the scheduled install date to remove the old outdoor unit. They showed up and removed the outdoor unit and brought the air handler and other parts needed for the install. They also laid down a felt mat from the front door down to the work area to protect the floor. They showed up 8 AM sharp and started working and finished at 4 PM. Three workers arrived, each of them having their own company van, looking very professional, and did not invade the home. There were more than enough HVAC experts there to complete the install. They also were able to remove an old school water reservoir tank. It needed to be cut in half and have 3 workers get each half up the basement steps and out of the house. To assist with the removal, 3 additional workers came to remove it while the other 3 workers completed the finishing touches. Very pleased with the install and everything is working great.”

About four hours later he called my cell and left a message stating that he'd done some research based on my description of the problem and feared that he could not get the parts and that it would be very expensive, possibly up to $500. While I was unable to use Brian and that particular repair, I was impressed with his honesty and integrity. He actually helped me figure out the problem while losing the business. I was impressed by his responsiveness and honesty and will definitely call Brian again in the future.”

“Keitha and everyone else at Ross Plants and Flowers were the most amazing florists we could have ever hoped for. We were getting compliments all night about our flowers. People say 'nobody remembers the flowers' but we can confidently say that won't be true for our wedding. They were truly breathtaking. They not only did the traditional flowers for us, but also an archway, aisle decor, provided everything for our unity tree ceremony and gave us endless advice and help. We really let them have free range with what they wanted to create (all we knew was we wanted succulents included) and I think that's a reason why our flowers turned out so beautiful. The florists here are true artists and their talent was made so obvious by the floral designs! They were prompt with response times and even let us make changes and additions the day before when we realized we needed tulle for the tent stands. Priced very fairly too! Could not recommend this vendor more.”

“This is a fantastic hardware store, it’s a local store that employees a bunch of great people. They are all helpful with any questions. I recently was in there and Bob went above and beyond to help me out. I was looking for a specific tubing and he took the time to look online and see if it could be special ordered. We did not find it but the effort was awesome. I for sure did not get that kind of help when I went to the big guys Lowe’s and Home Depot. I love this great hometown hardware store”
