I SPECIFICALLY AND REPEATEDLY asked if it had exterior entrances. Was assured it did. It DIDN'T. Front desk clerk (can't remember name but was a gentleman) helped me with my luggage, (I am handicapped), got me information about delivery food. So I stayed. Can highly recommend it.”
