Staff is nice and know you name if you are a regular. Get the app because every 7th cup of coffee , slurpee and soda is free. I get at least 2 cups of coffee free each week.”

“I can't begin to tell everyone about the professionalism of this company. My first call was when half of my house lost electric. I called them when others never called me back. The woman who answered the phone asked a lot of questions and then told me some things I should try before they sent someone out. One of her suggestions worked. I was thrilled as electrical work is expensive. My second issue was that I wanted someone to install radiant heat to an outside entryway of my house. I called many local electricians and flooring companies and was told by the ones that did answer my calls that it could not be done on an all electric home. When I called Shafnisky they made an appointment, showed up on time, and told me I could do this myself. Tom showed me what to look for when buying the product and exactly what I would need and how much I would need to do the job. They did not charge me either time. I recommend them 100%.”

The next day two excellent young men came to do the job. They set traps, and blocked all the entry holes. I was told they would come back when I called, to take away any traps with on it, and that they would keep coming until the situation was under control. They were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you.”
