  Very friendly atmosphere and great care! After doing therapy for a previous knee injury, I have returned to the same location for my current knee injury because I know I am in great hands on this road to recovery. 10/10 suggest coming to Pivot in Dallas for any physical therapy!

  The Dallas facility is great, it's as great as great can get. The staff are all like family, & the other patients become friends, so you begin to look forward to your next visit, with family & friends. This helps you to do more & get done what needs to be done so you can achieve what you're there for, to get back to your best self. I have been to, many different facilities over the years, for different reasons. The other facilities seem to be more business like & on a strict time line. Where as here they understand that on a down day much might not get done, but will be made up on the next better day. So, if you're in need of getting your best health back give the Dallas facility a call. Should you not totally understand why you're there, just ask Gary, WHY? Dallas, Pivot Physical Therapy Center is not just physical, it's the greatest therapy center we have in the Back Mt., honestly.

  I’m currently in therapy in the Dallas location. It’s very easy to drive to. Making an appointment is no problem because they have an amazing staff coordinator Renee who is easy to get a hold of and nice to talk to. My physical therapist Gary always works with my schedule and explains how to work on stretching or doing exercises that will help my injury out. This isn’t just an office to go to it’s like visiting family and friends. They are amazing! I absolutely recommend it!????

  Excellent staff. The Dallas Office makes you feel like you are part of a family. They are kind, welcoming, and enthusiastic. I also cannot stress enough how knowledgeable the Therapists are that work within the office. Unfortunately I suffered an injury that prevented me from doing what I needed to do within my work setting. I was fortunate enough and BLESSED to have had Josh Wilkes as my treating therapist. Josh went above and beyond in treating me each and every session. I was seen by two previous therapists before receiving treatment at Pivot. I continued to suffer with my ailment and was becoming more and more frustrated with the lack of results. After the first few sessions with Josh, I started doing things I wasn't capable of doing for months prior. I continued to build strength and improve greatly each visit. There were numerous times I was unable to make specific appointment times, and Josh re-arranged his personal schedule to stay late or come in early to make sure I received my treatment. He would thoroughly instruct me on home exercise programs and would answer my emails almost immediately when I would send one asking for help or had a question. After 6 weeks I was not only back to full strength but had improved my overall stability, strength, and motor skills.
  
  I cannot thank Josh enough for getting me back to where I needed to be. I recommend this company to as many as I can, because they produce quick results but more help them remain long lasting.
