  Even though I had read all the negative reviews given by other people, I still gave back mountain vet a chance and I think other should too. My senior lab, knuckles, was having issues walking so I called BMV and met with Dr. Brooks. When we got there the staff was friendly and helpful, prices were a bit higher than I was used to compared to my former vet, but they take care credit, so I was relieved.
  
  Then a few days after our appointment, my dog stopped eating and started going down hill, I called and the staff and dr Brooks were in constant contact about knuckles and did what was necessary to help him feel better and get him comfortable.
  
  Then yesterday, the time came that we had to say goodbye to our beloved knuckles. I called and was told we could come right in. Knuckles could barely hold his head to let a lone walk. The staff came out to the car with a cot and gurney and helped get knuckles out of the car and got us into a room right away.
  We were allowed all the time we needed to say goodbye and the staff was so gentle with him.
  
  Even though we were new patients of Dr Brooks and Dr. Morris, they and their staff made us feel as though we had been long time patients and family.

  Very kind and gentle. A great place to take your fur baby for any reason, you can tell the staff loves animals and that’s the way it should be! I would recommend this place to anyone!

  They will make sure to accurately answer any question you may have. This is the best service I have ever gotten at any vet. They are caring and understanding regardless of the situation.

  This place is amazing. We have a large bully breed dog and have had issues with previous vets in the past not being as friendly with him as smaller dogs they would see. The staff at this facility dote over our big guy and treat him as if he was their own. They are extremely thorough and they are great at getting you seen quickly when you call to make an appointment.
