Pat and his staff are always courteous and clear about what has to be do to ur vehicle. The work is done professionally and the bill is fair. My SUV has been worked on for many years and I am completely satisfied.
Honest. Won't fix something that someone else says is wrong if is right.
This review is too long in coming! About 10 years ago, my wife and I were passing through PA, when I had (self induced) trouble at a truck stop...We were stranded a long way from home, with not much money. We got Pat Shotwell's shop from the phone book, hobbled our van that would not shift to his shop, then waited for them to open up in the morning. Their best transmission guy was not due in for a couple of hours...but Pat and another guy looked at my van for quite a while. Even their transmission guy (can't remember his name) was stumped for several MORE hours. They finally figured out that it was a misplaced FUSE (that I had put back in the wrong spot, in the dark of the night before). Pat only charged me for ONE HOUR of work, then sent us off! Everyone there had treated us with kindness and respect! We were, and are still so thankful. Sorry this kudos took so long!!!!
