(May 10, 2019, 9:34 am)We needed our old central air system replaced and up sized. Dan came at the specified time and gave us a reasonably priced quote. We were scheduled quickly by an excellent office staff and the crew that arrived was fantastic. Mike, Bill and Jason were courteous, respectful of our needs and home and accomplished the installation in an efficient, workmanlike manner. All parts of the old system that were to remain were inspected and repaired as necessary. Drop cloths and boot covers protected our flooring. Upon completion the inside area was vacuumed and all debris outside was cleaned up and taken away. The system and its operation was then thoroughly explained to us. We could not be more pleased with the whole experience and would strongly recommend Monk HVAC to anyone.

Dan used shoe coverings, cleaned his work area completely when done and made sure everything was explained perfectly before leaving. I have been a Monk customer for years and usually have them service my A/C every year. I have never had a bad experience with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

(April 12, 2019, 5:43 pm)Monk's expert technicians, Dan and Jim, have kept our Geo-thermal heating and air conditioning running smoothly for five years, ever since we moved to this home with no idea how the system works. They have been efficient, professional and available whenever we call. Today's issue turned out to be very minor, but Dan carefully explained what was wrong and quickly corrected the problem. We've spread the word about Monk's fine work and, with no hesitation, will continue to do so.

This was a major project, and I wanted to hire an experienced and knowledgeable contractor to complete the job. Dan provided a detailed and fair proposal. He made two visits to our house to ensure all of our questions were answered. His team was extremely professional. I am very happy with their work on the first floor of our house. I strongly recommend Dan Monk and his team.
