(April 25, 2017, 2:15 pm)The Staff is Great and the workout equipment is kept up with. Everything is clean and its a very comfortable environment. However, if you are into pounding weights down or screaming while working out its not the place for you. Its more on the quiet side, more like a workout before work. The Ymca is around the corner if you want to get down like the bodybuilders!

(December 27, 2016, 6:34 pm)I love the gym here, the staff is amazing and caring, also you have a vey nice view while you exercise. The showers, restrooms and locker rooms are very clean. The machines are fairly updated, the only thing negative and is really not that bad is that the incline fails a lot on the treadmills where you have to unplug the plug back so that it would work again. I think the software needs updating on these.
