(March 20, 2019, 7:33 pm)I had a great experience come out of a bad situation. I live in VA but was in Hazleton when a huge pothole destroyed my tire. The manager, Andy was terrific and he found my tire and within a day had me back on the road.
Andy kept me informed about my tires delivery and promptly had it back on. Service like this is rare these days. I travel up here frequently and will use Monro again because of Andy. -

(February 11, 2019, 6:22 pm)An excellent customer service, they all are very nice and they explain every single detail to you, which is what I liked about this auto repair. But, I specially liked how the mechanics help you out with all you need so that your car can be as good as new and also, they help you with the prices too, which believe me is good. I highly recommend it to anyone, and if I could give 10 stars I would, trust me on that.

(February 4, 2019, 8:45 pm)SERIOUSLY the best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. Andy is the SICKEST dude around and even helped me get a ride home when my car was in the shop. Wish I could rate it 6/5 stars. HIGHLY recommend!!

(January 7, 2019, 6:36 pm)Spoke with Andy and he was great as far as customer service goes. He did not rush me off the phone at all and explained all details with me. Looked up pricing and the best way to save me money. I'm hoping my experience when I take my car into the shop is as great as his customer service. I believe it will be just based off the experience on the phone and his knowledge .
