  Rich Pastorella is an excellent teacher who is truly interested in the improvement and well being of his students/clients! His knowledge of body mechanics, body dynamics and body movement is exceptional.

  Richie is a great guy who really knows his stuff. He prioritizes his customers and has a broad range of teaching. He has helped me in several different classes. Definitely a 5 Star establishment.

  I have trained with Rich for many years. He is the best teacher I have ever come across, to date. I would highly recommend training with him if you have the opportunity.
