(January 4, 2019, 3:15 pm)My wife and I knew from day one that we would sell our home and retire to the Wesley Village Campus. We moved into one of the Brooks Estates Cottages three years ago this past November. Since living here, what I enjoy most is that there is no more worries of shoveling snow or cutting of the grass. However, we do enjoy planting flowers to make our home look beautiful. The activities are unbelievable if you want to participate in them, such as, bridge or pinochle, party on the patio, or a trip for some summer relaxation at Frances Slocum Park. For those that desire it, there is always something to do. Over the holidays there are plenty of parties and activities. We recently had a "Citrus Bowl" party. I've been very happy here and highly recommend visiting the campus if you are looking for a place to retire and settle.

(November 8, 2018, 10:47 am)Working at UMH, I’ve seen a great effort by the leadership team to evolve the company culture to fit the modern employee. They offer a 403b, PTO and a great, affordable benefit program which includes spousal and family coverage. For RNs and LPNs, they also offer a tuition forgiveness program. Most companies that have been around as long as UMH has, are now having to make changes to not only accommodate the current workforce, but also the incoming workforce. As far as I can see, they’re making an honest effort to do so. Campuses frequently have events for employees when certain goals are meant or quality ratings are received from health inspectors. They also have events throughout the year for residents, employees and their family members to attend. They’re actively making an effort to create a company culture that celebrates the hard work that their employees do.

Agency nurse for 30 years, I worked there 4 years ago.I love this campus so much, I'm placing a call for myself, independent living apartments.The campus is gorgeous and takes care of a residents needs from independent living, assisted living, rehab for therapy,inclusive of long term and an Alzheimers unit! 5 Stars!
