You can definitely see how much they actually care about their customers and getting the job done right...definitely recommend to anyone who needs a replacement windshield!!

(March 5, 2019, 8:18 pm)Had my windshield replaced recently. The insurance company told Northeast Auto Glass the wrong information and they said, “No problem! It happens all the time.” Within 10 minutes they had the right windshield from their warehouse and installed it. Adam went above and beyond to help me with another issue I was having with my passanger side mirror, while we were waiting on the right glass to come in. They also exceeded my expectations, even though they came highly recommended from my friend at KAR Repair & Service on E. Northampton St in W/B. If I could give NE Auto Glass 6 stars, I would! The glass is high quality and installed great. Thank you so much for your help. If I need another windshield replaced, I’ll definitely be back!
