Dr. O’Donnell continues to amaze me with his knowledge regarding his latest techniques and procedures for my eyes..he is very thorough with his exam and explains everything to me ..
He is also a great educator as well as answering all my questions ..Katie and Moriah add an additional level of knowledge and comfort and always makes me feel welcome..everyone is so friendly and I cannot imagine going anywhere else but to New Era Eye Care !!!
The women are very nice and helpful. Dr O'Donnell gives a very thorough exam and tells you what he is doing and why. If there he detects a problem he will advise and help you. I have been a patient for many years and will continue to be a patient. Very helpful and very nice. I recommend New Era Eye Care
I have been a patient of Dr. O’Donnell’s for several years... He has a terrific practice! New modern location in the heart of Dallas, with plenty of glasses to choose from. Modern equipment that makes me feel like I’m getting the very best care in the area. Best part of the visiting New era is Doctors staff, Kate & others are courteous, professional and welcoming. The doctor is great! Knowledgeable and takes his time to explain and does a complete exam. The staff is friendly and helpful. The office is very modern and clean. This is only my second time at New Era but this is my eye doctor from now on.
