    I joined Move Better because I wasn't working out as consistently as I needed to get results. I wanted a program that would have someone take me through workouts. It's been about 5 months since I joined and I feel so much better, have more energy, am much stronger, and look forward to going. The trainers at Move Better 570 are very knowledgeable in their profession. Each person is taken through the program from whatever starting point they are at and progressed through as they are able to safely. Whether you haven't ever worked out or if you are already fit and looking for a new program you will be challenged at the appropriate level. It is a very comfortable atmosphere and a motivating atmosphere. I highly recommend Move Better 570.

    I would describe MOVE BETTER as a "training" center rather than a "gym". Take it from a guy who hasn't been in a gym in 20+ years! Their training program centers on your entire body and not just one specific area. Ken and Owen are fantastic trainers. They address any issues you may currently have. I have double knee replacements, so there are some things I just can't do anymore. Ken and Owen are very aware of my situation and they work around those issues to ensure I am getting the proper training. The "small" group atmosphere is the best. You don't feel out of place or neglected. This enables them to keep you moving! If you are looking for a place to get back to "moving better" and feeling better, then take a stop in and see what Ken and Owen offer! So far, it is the best "move" I've made in a very long time!

    I've worked out in gyms all over the east coast. Move Better is the best I've been I've worked out in. The coaches are the best I've worked with. The training area is very clean and bright. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a clean comfortable place to train with a coach,
