  No BS, family ran and not only did we buy a new Rv but we made friends for life. From the moment we walked in, till the final signatures on the paperwork everyone treated my wife and I like friends. Their prices beat everyone but what sold us was the no hassle, no bs and no pressure to buy atmosphere. They took their time showing us everything (a few times cause I am a pain in the a$$) and really took newbies by the hand and helped us so much. We cant wait to start our new adventures in spring and know that when we bring it in for service we will get the same quality service as before. Thanks guys see u soon!

  Busy place, but staff greeted me and answered my questions about a utility trailer. Friendly people, huge inventory.

  We stopped on Saturday the day before closing up our camper for the season for some miscellaneous items. This was our first visit.
  They were very helpful and courteous. We will stop back again.
  I also want to say their website is very user friendly.

  I bought a landscape trailer from Wide World about a year ago and couldn't have been happier with the buying process. I use my trailer every day, all day and it gets a workout. While at a job, I noticed I needed some new studs on a wheel hub. I did not want to take the chance of driving back to storage for safety reasons. I called Wide World, they put me on the phone with Dennis and he walked me through how to take the hub off. I ran the hub to them, Dennis put new studs on within 15 minutes, and then I ran back to where I dropped the trailer and put it back on. I can not thank them enough for being there, having the right parts, and constant outstanding customer service! Because of there prompt help, I was able to not get behind in my schedule, and down time was minimal. Thank you!!!

  Our camper blew a bearing and lost a wheel while traveling I-81. We were far from home with no idea where to go. Wide World came up as the nearest RV store in a Google search, which was lucky for us. They had a new axle shipped the next day and the camper totally fixed the day after that. They were quick, kind and extremely helpful. Thank you Wide World RV Center for taking care of us in a pinch!
