(March 8, 2019, 2:43 pm)Bob’s Discount Furniture was a phenomenal experience for my wife and I. We were given the Royal treatment and were treated like family from beginning to end! Long story short, our sales person, Gregory Rogers, showed patience and knowledge that I have never experienced as a customer! We didn’t end up going through with our purchase; however, the way Greg treated us after our decision, you would have thought we bought couches made of Gold! Thank you so much Greg! On a sidenote: if there are any available promotions in the near future, I hope Bob’s Furniture keeps Greg in mind! We will definitely be back!

Love the fact that he was not pushy at all and had a super friendly approach. Very knowledgeable on every question we had for him. We will definitely be back and would love to have Al as our salesman again. Will also recommend anyone to go see Al at your store.

No pressure, answered all my questions and helped guide me around once he saw what styles I am into. I ended up making a purchase that I probably would have otherwise put off because I was so favorably impressed with the entire experience and quality of what I saw. I’ll be back and I’d recommend it to my friends. All the staff were pretty laid back but all very professional. Thanks.

(February 12, 2019, 3:45 pm)Our sales representative Al was super friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products and listened to what we were looking for. He led us right to furniture sets that met our criteria, didn’t waste our time and gave his honest opinion only when asked. Our experience was easy, enjoyable and we were made to feel right at home. We opted for the warranty and the white glove delivery after learning about our options and while the paperwork was put together we enjoyed the free cafe (coffee, tea, cookies, ice cream and candy). We will be going here first any time we are looking for furniture in the future. The pricing is to the point, with options to get the combination that works best for us, and the staff were all pleasant and made us feel we were worth their time. We already know that we are going to love the furniture once it is delivered and will be part of the Bob’s family for life.

We were promptly greeted by Paul who politely let us know that he was available if we had questions. We purchased our sectional and are pleased with the service we received. Paul was a great help. He was patient and did not make us feel rushed. I was not happy with the delivery fees but this is no fault of the sales staff. Delivery was not cheap. We are definitely enjoying the new furniture and would go back to the store again. Thank you for a good first experience in your store.
