“I hit a pot-hole which blew my tire out at 7:10pm tried to put the spare on, but lug nuts were too tight to get the bad tire off so i called several companies in the area which all didn't help or didn't answer. When I called J.E at 7:35 he answered right away and had me picked up by 8:10 and a new tire by 9:00 and I was on my way home. This shop saved the day for me. Also he took very good care of me with the cost. If there were only more good caring businesses like this I would have more faith in mechanics. I was 4 hours from home, but felt like a family member was taking care of me. This shop is top notch if you have the misfortune of breaking down in Pennsylvania definitely use this shop great service and price. I'm even tempted (if my grandfather ever stops working on my vehicles) to take all my business here. Thanks again for making a bad situation into something that renews your faith in people.
