“I was traveling to Upstate New York for the holidays with my wife and three young daughters when the alternator in my truck failed on I-81N just south of Wilkes Barre - at 11pm! We didn't know anyone in the area, so we asked the towing company for a recommendation of a shop we could trust, and preferably one close to a hotel where we could stay. They quickly recommended the guys at Monro. We had the truck towed in at 1am, and were there to meet them when the shop opened at 7:30. The whole team was very gracious and understanding of our situation. They told us they would prioritize the truck, and by 9am, we were driving north. The team was very generous, and worked hard to give us a great price for the unexpected repair four days before Christmas.
