They are knowledgeable and they care about your progress. I’ve been there for two issues and had great results each time. They recognize that after PT, a structured fitness program is necessary to maintain progress. The personal training resources are shared making the monthly membership affordable. The new building on Butler street is great. Brand new equipment and lots of space. The locker room facilities are also excellent. I highly recommend.”

The only drawback to that in the states is that you don't know whose service you are tipping.
