“I was traveling to Upstate New York for the holidays with my wife and three young daughters when the alternator in my truck failed on I-81N just south of Wilkes Barre - at 11pm! We didn't know anyone in the area, so we asked the towing company for a recommendation of a shop we could trust, and preferably one close to a hotel where we could stay. They quickly recommended the guys at Monro. We had the truck towed in at 1am, and were there to meet them when the shop opened at 7:30. The whole team was very gracious and understanding of our situation. They told us they would prioritize the truck, and by 9am, we were driving north. The team was very generous, and worked hard to give us a great price for the unexpected repair four days before Christmas. My family and I are so grateful for the chance to meet these folks and for the great service the provided.”

“OMG I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS!!! I was trying to get Paw Patrol slippers for my grandson. I could only find them online and it would have cost 8 or 9 dollars to have them shipped to me. I called 3 different stores to see if they had them and if they could ship them to my local store. The sales clerks that I spoke with were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. One of them even went through the trouble of looking in their computer to see what store would have them. Even though I was able to find a store that had them there was no way to have them shipped here. I decided to call their online customer service. I told them I didn't think it was right that I'd have to pay more to have them shipped than they costed. The lady I spoke with waived the shipping fee so in less than a week my grandson had his new Paw Patrol slippers and all was right in the world again.”
