“The pros: open on Saturdays, even if it's only 9-12. Had the part I needed in stock. Did tell me to bring in the part to be tested first because there are no refunds. When we got there he tested the part and then knew exactly where the replacement part was. We weren't in the store for 5 minutes. The cons: price was almost double what I could have bought if for online. I was ok with paying a little more for the convenience of not having to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday to get the part, but was disappointed that it was double the price. It was a heating element for my dryer, and my wife didn't want to wait until next week to do the laundry. So I paid more for the convenience than I wanted to, but what are you going to do?”
