(September 29, 2018, 12:59 pm)In all of our 25+ years with Erie, James & Rae we had only 1 claim when our truck was robbed of almost all of my husbands tools, thousands of dollars worth. James & Rae handled our claim instantly and we were very Thankfull. Then 2018 came... Our son was involved in a horrendous car accident, storms brought down trees around our house, our home heating oil tank was found leaking. Hundreds of thousands of dollars for all of these claims in a 6 month period. Amy and all the staff from James & Rae took such wonderful care of us. They and the adjusters held our hands, listened to my tears espically with our son's accident. Bills were paid in full with very little out of our pocket. I can not Thank Amy and her staff at James & Rae and Erie Insurance enough! Ever!! Having Erie and espically Amy and James & Rae helped heal our terriably injured son, removed trees hanging across our driveway that we had to drive under, helped pay for the remediation for the oil tank mess with kind words and assurances that all would be well again. I truly can say I Love Amy, her staff at James & Rae and Erie Insurance. We will be with them for life!! Thank You All Again, Joan and Ernie Jaekel, Milford PA.

Had two accidents involving deer within a few weeks of each other. Each incident was handeled quickly and professionally. Couldn’t ask for a better agent or company to work with. I’ll be a life long customer.
