At first I thought they were trying to upsell me with little fixes here and there. Of course it's in their best interest to do so, but they have always been suggestive and never outright pushy about it.

(December 4, 2018, 7:32 am)I am reluctant to take my car in for service especially at chain type auto stores due to poor experiences in the past. I generally do my own maintenance and repair for that reason. However, jack williams is definitely the exception. This place is great. The Asst Manager Joe. got me in within the hour he quoted me. They patched my tire for $20. I thought for sure they’d try to upsell me - not so. Also the waiting area has all the modern conveniences of an airport. Lots of seating, big tv, free WiFi, counter seats with charging stations. I was floored! 5 stars all the way!

(November 26, 2018, 5:31 am)Prices are worth the quality of service. Employees called to let me know what they found and took the time to explain the issues. Car was done in a timely manner. The waiting room is clean. The building is easy to see from the road. They have a large parking lot that is easy to pull in and out of. I would call ahead to make appt. Great great service!!

(September 22, 2018, 11:38 am)Such a great experience. Raychelle and Joe were so kind and helpful. I live 4 hours away, was camping nearby, and noticed a sizable bulge on a tire. Needed replaced immediately. Saturday morning and they said "Come on in!"
The mechanics were friendly and while watching them replace my tires, I noticed they really took care to check and recheck things. Awesome place. A must go-to spot!
