“We Have a small Network inside The Flag Store. It is imperative that this network suffer little or no downtime. Tech Hospital initially hired due to network lag and credit card network issues. They came in and rewired some issues that were causing the network lag and network credit card machines that became a constant in October. While they were here they fixed issues from every dept. from a malfunction caused by a windows 10 update with the POS system to printer issues, and were happy to do so. Tech Hospital was instrumental in keeping our business PCI compliant. They know the issues that business' must face with the new PCI compliance laws and knew exactly what to do in order for us to pass the PCI compliance check. Joe is awesome and efficient in diagnosing problems. Not wasting a dime of the "house call fee". They are worth ever dollar you spend to keep your business up and running. They also understand that you may be capable of doing it yourself, they can do it faster increasing the productivity of your business. Allowing you to concentrate on other issues that demand your attention. They do not recommend things that you do not need. They do not up sell just because it is more $ in their pocket.
