(February 5, 2019, 2:43 pm)Melissa was so incredibly helpful. We hit a pothole at night and blew the tire. Had it towed here at the tow operator’s suggestion. Good call because they were the only one who could find our tire. We were on the road by noon. No one else would have had us fixed for days

(November 17, 2018, 5:10 pm)I needed an oil change on my Toyota Prius but the latch was broken for my hood. I went to two other place before going to Jack Williams tire service and they all told me what a big job it was then turned me away. Thank god for Jason and James two busy men who had their hands full and maybe an hour away from closing took the time to help me out!! He fixed the latch on my hood and changed my oil. We (me and my boyfriend) were worried before coming here but once meeting James and Jason the manager he took our worries told us don’t worry and like magic fixed everything these 2 men really made my weekend getaway better then what i thought it was going to turn out .... yes this might sound like simple stuff to do on your own but when you don’t know something and people like this do not take advantage of you or better yet helped us out the best they could which they did it is something special .... Jason and James from the bottom of our hearts thank you!!!!!!!!!! (The couple from Brooklyn) thank you thank you thank you we won’t forget this!!!!!!!!!!

I drive from 55min away from home (Allentown Penna) knowing after trying other shops by my house, Jason and Melissa exceed my expectations as well as friends and family who I referred to Jack Williams Mt Pocono
