(May 6, 2018, 2:33 am)This place is solid. You have a decent weight area and half a gym which has a flexible schedule. They usually do volleyball on Wednesdays and it is open to everyone so it really let's the community come together. The environment isn't hostile or dirty. It is clean and refreshing in the gym.

(November 10, 2017, 9:04 pm)I went on a Friday afternoon and there were few people here. It has the standard equipment you'd expect from a commercial gym but few multiples of each equipment ie. there are only 4 treadmills. There's a basketball court and a fitness classroom, although I'm not sure if they actually offer classes because I'm passing through. Locker room is small, but like I said this place wasn't crowded. Sauna is coed so you have to be fully clothed. They have 1 aqua massager but I could not find any instructions near it to operate it. Tanning beds were shutdown because they deemed the health risks as outweighing the benefits.
