  Courteous, professional service. Calls and emails were returned promptly and the work was accomplished in a timely fashion, especially considering the non-stop rainy weather in 2018. The pricing was very fair and the workmanship excellent. The owner and crew were courteous, efficient and neat. Thank you!

  After realizing I had a leak in my roof I contacted John & Sherri O'Leary. They immediately sent over a crew to patch the area of the leak since a lot of rain was in the forecast. Since my roof was over 20 years old it was determined that I was in need of a replacement. Everything about the job was a very pleasant experience even though no one wants the expense of replacing a roof. They were professional, honest, efficient, and timely. The roof looks great! The crew were efficient and kept me informed of progress, and it was completed in one day! After the guys left, I could not even tell they had been here other than I had this beautiful new roof, which really improved the appearance of my house. I contacted O'Leary from a reference from my insurance agent and a reference from my original builder. I would recommend John & Sherry O'Leary to anyone. Great work ethic, and reasonable price. I am very pleased with this experience!

  My wife Patty and I are very pleased with O'Leary Construction and his crew. When phoning them we always got a fast, if not immediate, friendly response. I did not hear any foul language coming from John or his crew...it's nice to know that people can talk without using the "F" word. John came to check on the work himself! Everything was done in a fast and efficient manner. The job was completed in 1 day from start to finish! They protected our deck and all the grounds around the house from dropped nails, shingles, and other debris. Even though their clean-up was fast & efficient they did not "clean us out of house & home" -- their price was affordable. I would highly recommend O'Leary Construction to anyone! ~ Keith & Patty

  I live in Warren County and had a local roofer come out and give me an outrageous price to replace my roof. I have between a 2,500 to 3,000 sq ft roof. The local roofer came out and quoted 25k for a replacement and used high pressure tactics along with promises of a discount if I gave them a good review after they completed the job. O’Leary gave me an excellent price and their staff answered all of my questions. O’Leary provided me with many options. They have top notch customer service. Their workers worked around the clock and completed my roof in a timely manner. They cleaned every inch of my property. Their workmanship is superior. I don’t give many reviews on Google, but I was so pleased with O’Leary and feel they deserve 5 stars. Fair, honest, and attentive contractors like O’Leary are hard to find.
