  I ended up finding James Diamond Jewelry after dealing with a few other jewelers. I was looking to get a custom ring made and I had a very bad experience at one jeweler. I was running out of options and prayed that I could find a jeweler who would deliver great customer service as well as a great product. After leaving one Jewelry store, I stopped into James Diamond and met with James himself. He sat down with me and rather than just speaking on the ring I wanted made, he made sure I was ready for him to make a ring. He took his time to understand what I wanted and even helped to better the ring I designed by giving me his professional input. He may take some time to reach out to you, but this is only because he is constantly busy due to the great work he does. My Fiance was more than thrilled and I am beyond grateful for James and his staff for the phenomenal customer service and product that they delivered. God Bless you all

  Excellent customer service! Outstanding quality! James made me a custom made bridal set... he went ABOVE and BEYOND! He worked within our budget to make me the most beautiful one of a kind bridal set. My experience with James and his staff was exceptional. Thank you, James.

  Mr. Diamond is a wonderful man who is very generous. He has repaired many items for me. He is also as honest a man as they come. If you want great service, trustworthiness, and fair prices please please go see Mr. Diamond. His custom jewelry is beautiful.

  Honest? That’s an understatement- I have never met a more honest, reputable, decent gentleman in any aspect of this industry like Mr. James ‘Jim’ Diamond. Upon walking in and meeting Jim, the warmest part of the introduction was seeing his Bible on his counter. A decent man, as classy as they get and kind. The other gentleman, the taller man who was with him, equally as kind, intelligent and knowledgeable. I wish more businesses ran their business this way. God Bless you always!
