(September 10, 2018, 3:44 pm)We just had our 43rd family reunion at Chestnut Grove this past weekend. Jerry and his staff are amazing. It rained all day and night Saturday and Sunday morning and Jerry kept all of us entertained. We didn’t even realize how bad the weather was! (Except for the wet shoes lol). Although some of the rooms are in dire need for updating, Jerry makes instrumental updates each year and eventually it will all be done. We have been doing this for a long time all over the Poconos and Chestnut Grove is bar none for the price that doesn’t break the bank. Thank you to all of the staff at Chestnut Grove!!

(August 4, 2018, 12:58 pm)Been going to this resort for 35 years, it's not 5 star resort but it's 5 stars to my friends and family that go! Cozy resort with a hometown touch! Great for relaxation and lots of things and activities to do on & off the grounds!

(July 24, 2018, 10:09 am)This is a wonderful little place. It is dated, but it was clean the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The new owners are just lovely and are working hard to make the place more comfortable. Some new furniture is necessary to make that happen, however it was clean and had plenty of hot water and good air conditioning

(June 23, 2018, 10:32 am)Wow! It's like an midscale summer camp for families. Two hearty meals a day., an attentive staff, and planned activities for both adults and children. Plenty of unplanned time also. We just planned a week next year after our third day here.....just lovely.
