(September 5, 2017, 10:10 am)This is a series of low income permanent residences and not a place to bring a tent. I've lived here the past year and a half and it's nice and quiet with cool wildlife and a very understanding landlord. The maintenance crew tends to fix most issues within 24 hours. Trailers aren't the best insulated though, and mine has a mold smell I can't seem to get rid of, but if you're broke and need a place to live, this is a good option. I have a 2 bed 1 bath for 600/mo and the lease can be either month to month or week to week. All utilities except heart and internet included. Pocono Pony sends its short bus out here, too. Not terribly handicapped accessible but I'm sure you could work something out with the landlord to make it more so.
