I just want to say that the new owner is every kind and he made sure that I was taken care of in any way that I can. I would recommend this place to anyone that is starting their fitness journey.

Dwayne and his staff are dedicated to helping everyone reach their goals. The gym is a friendly and clean facility with everything you need to reach your fitness goals.
